- Last Week’s Mints:
- In our Monday Meditations Series 2.0, The Critique of Pure Reason by Immanuel Kant, a cornerstone of philosophical literature, made its debut. It sold out in seconds, but you can still buy it on Jpg.store
- Tuesday, we minted The Scarlet Pimpernel by Baroness Orczy. This amazing historical adventure is still minting, and you can get a book here.
- Wednesday brought Defi For Dummies by Seoyoung Kim, this guide provides an easy to understand introduction into the world of DeFi. You can pick it up here.
- Thursday, we minted Scary Fiction Shorts by H.P. Lovecraft. This collection features the short story “The Call of Cthulhu” featuring the internet’s favorite monster, Cthulhu. Get your book here.
- Friday, we airdropped The Psychedelic Handbook if you were part of the Flashmint (420) Series snapshot, which includes some great tips on micro-dosing. If you didn’t get the airdrop, you can buy it here.
- Minting This Week:
- Today, Monday Meditations 2.0 continued with Dialogues by Seneca. This rich work filled with wisdom and insight sold out instantly, but you can pick up yours at Jpg.store
- Tuesday, we’re minting the entire Boston Hawks Hockey series (10 books) by Gina Azzi. This will come as one DEA. Just in time for Valentine’s Day!
- Wednesday, on Valentine’s Day, the Misfits Series continues with Emma by Jane Austen. This book features the amazing quote, “If I loved you less, I might be able to talk about it more,” and it’s the first Jane Austen book on Book.io. This will be a triple mint, and you will need The Surprising Adventures of Baron Munchausen for the discount.
- Thursday, you’ll want to catch the Moby Dick Audiobook. This version brings Melville’s masterpiece to life and is part of the Monster Audio series. Please come ready to mint as this will undoubtedly be fast, and you will need the Alice in Wonderland Audiobook to receive a discount.
- Friday, we are minting Unf*ck your Brain by Faith G. Harper. Dr. Faith does an amazing job walking you through the process of training your brain to respond appropriately to life’s everyday struggles. This book will help empower you to reclaim control over your mental well-being.
- Stake Pool Launch: We have made tons of progress on the Stake Pool, which will officially launch in two days on Valentine’s Day
- There is already over 1MM ADA delegated from over 130 people
- In addition, we also have the rewards claim portal that we worked with Sundae Labs on ready to launch.
- Stay tuned to socials, and we will reveal everything you need to know about the BOOK stake pool.
- Credit Card Integration: Continuing progress on integrating credit cards to facilitate onboarding non-crypto customers, expanding the platform’s accessibility.
- Wednesday Wrap-up: Josh and Guillermo hosted the first Wednesday Wrap-up to discuss the platform’s tech developments in January, offering insights and updates. You can listen here
- Automation and Tooling: We continue to make progress on tooling so that minting will be more and more automated.
- Mobile App Development: Major progress on both iOS and Android mobile apps v2.0, enhancing functionality and user experience.
- App Update and Features: Launched an update to the app with some new features like push notification enablement so we can drop news there as well.
